Most products are instant digital downloads (nothing will be shipped). Once you purchase it is yours forever. Free updates are included. Technical support is not included.
If you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. Discount codes cannot be used more than once or combined with other offers.
All sales are for a limited time only and subject to change at any time without notice.
Due to the nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS whatsoever.

IMAGE LICENSE TERMS:
Styled Stock Photos by Mimika Cooney come with a copyright enforced non-exclusive LIMITED Commercial & Personal use license.
By purchasing the image/s you AGREE to these TERMS and CONDITIONS:
YES You MAY:
-Use images for PERSONAL promotional use online (social media, website).
-Use images for COMMERCIAL use online (on social media and your website to promote yourself).
-Resize, crop or change image/s orientation.
-Overlay the image/s with text, website screenshots, product designs and pdf designs, add filters or color overlays to suit your branding aesthetic.
-Use the image/s to create DIGITAL opt-ins such as checklists, workbooks, pdfs, as long as the images are flatted and overlaid with text or graphics and the original image cannot be extracted. This does NOT include eBooks!
-If you have used the image/s as part of your DIGITAL checklists, workbooks, pdfs, you MUST include a copyright (C) credit to Mimika Cooney.
NO You May NOT:
-You may NOT otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the image/s to create a new composition.
-You may NOT claim ownership of the image as your own.
-You may NOT sell, re-sell, loan, or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in ANY way.
-You may NOT transfer, sell or give away the image/s to clients/customers, even if you have modified the design by adding text or graphics.
-You may NOT use the images for eBooks you plan to sell, neither may you use the image/s for eBook covers, or physical book covers to be sold on Amazon or similar mass distribution sites as an additional license fees is required to be paid. ***If you plan to sell your work using my images you MUST purchase an additional license (email mimikacooney @ gmail.com for details).
-You may NOT create derivative products from the images such as printables, eBooks, art prints, mugs, calendars, apparel, clipart, invitations, or any such products, either for sale or to give away for free.
-You may NOT use the image/s for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Mimika Cooney remains the sole and exclusive owner and holder of the copyright of the image/s in perpetuity.
Mimika Cooney reserves the right to re-use and resell the images to other buyers.
If you prefer the exclusive right to the images so that they are not made available to others for purchase, please contact Mimika Cooney to negotiate a fee for exclusivity.
Buyer acknowledges that Mimika Cooney does not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images.
Buyer agrees that neither Mimika Cooney nor her heirs shall be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided.
Mimika Cooney shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.
Buyer agrees to be held liable for infringement of copyright and acknowledges his/her receipt of these terms and conditions.
